Françoise has more than 25 years experience in the field of healthcare product regulatory matters and pharmaceutical consulting. She has a unique and in-depth knowledge of the French and European health authorities after 12 years at the French Medicines Agency (now ANSM) in charge of European procedures. Françoise has also been Deputy Director of Global Regulatory Affairs for a French pharmaceutical group and Senior Consultant in regulatory affairs and registration strategy for health products in international consulting firms.
As such, she has extensive experience in regulatory advice and regulatory registration strategies for a wide range of health products (drugs, medical devices, cosmetics, food supplements and biocides).
Within Fieldfisher, the Life Sciences business is a strategic activity in France and internationally. It draws on the expertise of leading teams in France and abroad, serving pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers, in particular. Within the framework of its collaboration with MedReg Sciences, Fieldfisher relies on Françoise's expertise, in particular on the technical and scientific aspects of litigation relating to health products or regulatory and legal advice, as well as in the transactional context, notably on regulatory and legal due diligence with health investors.
