Advising KeyMed Limited, a member of the Olympus group, on the acquisition of Arc Medical Design Limited from Dutch pharmaceutical business Norgine B.V in August 2020; and

Acting for a company connected with Italian confectionary company Ferrero SpA on its agreement to buy Fox’s branded and retailer own-brand biscuit business from Northern Foods Grocery Group Limited (NFGG) in October 2020.
