European law firm Fieldfisher has promoted three lawyers in the firm's Hamburg office to the partnership - Alexander Martins Kuenzel, Matthias Berger and Stephan Zimprich.
Alexander, who sits within the Real Estate department, specialises in real estate transactions - advising clients including hotel chains, care home operators and social networks on financings and commercial leasing agreements. Matthias, counsel in IP Enforcement and Litigation, advises European and North American clients on enforcement activities and German and European litigation proceedings. Finally Stephan, who also sits within IP Enforcement and Litigation, advises mainly digital businesses with a particular focus on content and technology matters.
