European law firm Fieldfisher has posted half-year global revenues of £58.4m, compared to £54.3m for the same period last year.
Michael Chissick, managing partner, said: The figures are ahead of our target and we're pleased to increase turnover, especially in areas where the euro conversion rate is less.
"The litigation and dispute resolution teams have had a particularly good first half of the year on the back of some large scale arbitrations. The real estate team is also performing well, with the public regulatory department working on some large scale inquiries, such as Hillsborough, Litvinenko and the Independent Inquiry into Child Sexual Abuse.
"We're busy, so there is optimism that we will have a decent second half but we won't be complacent."
