Fieldfisher partner and competition specialist Tom Pick has written an Op-Ed on Advocate General Kokott's Opinion in Generics and Others.

"A welcome clarification on restrictions by object and potential competitions in settlements of patent disputes" Tom commented in his Op-Ed in EU Law Live on Advocate General Kokott's opinion.
