Fieldfisher has been approved as the first professional member of TACT (The Association of Corporate Trustees)

TACT had previously restricted membership to corporate trustees who agreed to adhere to its constitution, articles of association and code of practice. However, TACT has recently created a new professional membership, to enable all firms that advise trustees to become members. 

The Chairman of the Loan Capital & Capital Markets Committee of TACT, Helena Giles said: "It is our pleasure to approve Fieldfisher as TACT's first Professional Member. Fieldfisher has advised corporate trustees for over 30 years and we are pleased to recognise their valuable contribution to trusteeship."

Fieldfisher partners Alex Campbell and Gonzalo Fernandez said: "We value our long-standing relationship with TACT and we are delighted that we are now a Professional Member of the association. We look forward participating in training and networking events organised by TACT and to helping the association with the advancement of quality trusteeship."
