Locations
The center in Gera was extensively modernized, revitalized and rebuilt by the portfolio owner and investor HRS Shopping Center Invest GmbH. The new interior and exterior space concept of the chain stores was thus taken into account. The extensions and rent increases of the rental agreements as well as civil engineering and renovation work were carried out as part of a structured center development. The local supply centre with a sales area of approx. 9,000 m² and a total area of approx. 25,000 m² was thus strongly established in the retail landscape of Gera.The retail park with a tenant mix consisting of ALDI, Multipolster, Farben Schulze, Fristo, MediMax and Dänisches Bettenlager is characterised by an established and stable tenant clientele. The supply requirements as well as the local basic security in the Gera/Pforten district are thus covered in the long term. The asset with six well-known chain stores is located directly on the south-east tangent. The selling price was close to the eight-digit range.
