Fieldfisher advises DNCo on its transition to 100% employee ownership through an employee ownership trust.

Founded in 2006, DNCo is a branding and design consultancy, with a focus on place branding. The transaction gives the largely youthful and dynamic workforce a significant stake in the business, allowing management to build a strong collaborative platform to drive forward growth and innovation.

Founder Joy Nazarri states that: "For a creative studio, building a thriving business goes hand-in-hand with having an outstanding team.
