Fieldfisher signs agreement with Man Group to move to Riverbank House in the heart of London EC4

Fieldfisher has signed an agreement with the Man Group, an alternative investment management business, to occupy the 7th, 8th and 9th floors of Riverbank House in EC4.

Fieldfisher, advised by Knight Frank, has signed an agreement with the Man Group, an alternative investment management business, to occupy the 7th, 8th and 9th floors of Riverbank House in EC4. The floors comprise 81,270 sq ft in total and the lease is for 12 years. Fieldfisher plan to move into Riverbank House during the Summer of 2014.

Riverbank House is a striking new office building that overlooks the River Thames and provides 312,000 sq ft of high quality office space in the capital’s busy financial district. The property is located at 2 Swan Lane, at the junction with Lower Thames Street, and lies within close proximity to Monument Underground Station and London Bridge Station.
