Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (KMG EP) on the sale of 49% of shares in KS EP Investments BV to MOL Hungarian Oil and Gas PLC and the creation of an oil and gas exploration joint venture in Kazakhstan.
