Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP has advised Evolution Securities and Renaissance Global on the admission to AIM of Jupiter Energy.

The team led by corporate partner Dominic Gurney-Champion advised the joint brokers in connection with the admission to AIM of Jupiter Energy Limited. The company is an oil exploration and production company, listed on both the Australian Stock Exchange and AIM, with assets in Kazakhstan and a market capitalisation of £50 million.
