With ESG being such a hot topic, it is good that the UK is now progressing development of its specific regulatory requirements. UK asset managers can now consider what has been proposed for climate-related disclosures in the UK and there is recent FCA guidance on what they expect to see in applications for authorisation of investment funds with an ESG or sustainability focus.
