Across the telecoms sector, change is a constant. Converging technologies, pressure on operating costs, the increasing evolution of value added services and the quest to maximise ARPU are just some of the drivers.
We have supported the sector in its business-critical activities for decades. Our work has helped build networks, overcome regulatory hurdles, support market consolidation, develop enterprise outsourcing models and, where necessary, extricate parties from bad deals.
In the 21st century, we continue to be at the forefront of the sector, focused particularly on adding value to our clients' strategic business, whether rolling out or reengineering network infrastructure, launching digital media or mobile money services, or moving into big data and the cloud. Working on transactions which will define the future of our clients' business means that we know what works (and what does not).
Many of our team are recognised market leaders and bring with them a strong understanding of what drives the sector. Among other accolades and awards, we are top ranked in the Legal 500, and Chambers UK describes us as "a leading provider of sophisticated, globally focused telecoms advice".
What we believe makes us unique is our ability to see the big picture, blending commercial, regulatory and privacy advice seamlessly to support our clients' needs. In a rapidly changing world, we can flex to reflect the changing demands of projects and see that they are delivered successfully, no matter how ground-breaking or complex they are.
What makes us really proud is helping our clients to fulfil their ambitions. One major telecoms client said of our support: “The landscape changed many times through the journey. Your support through this has been fantastic. Weekends, late nights, days, short notice – and the response was always at lightning speed and deadly accurate!”
