Le 31 janvier dernier, la Cour d'appel d'Amiens a rendu un arrêt par lequel elle condamne le fabricant de chaussettes Kindy à payer à son concurrent, la société Tricotage des Vosges (TDV), des dommages et intérêts de plus d'un million d'euros pour des faits de parasitisme commercial du fait du détournement et de l'exploitation d'informations confidentielles relevant du secret des affaires, infirmant ainsi le jugement qui avait été rendu, le 19 janvier 2017, par le Tribunal de commerce de Beauvais.
