Jenny trained and qualified at Fieldfisher, quickly rising to Senior Associate. Along with a law degree, she also has a Master's in biomedical sciences.

Jenny works exclusively for claimants in high-value, catastrophic personal injury and fatal accident cases. She focuses on fully understanding a person's injuries, the impact on their lives and their long-term prognosis to be able to quickly access funds to provide financial support and rehabilitation.

Jenny carries a caseload of complex cases, including brain injury and serious orthopaedic injuries, including amputees. A keen competitive cyclist herself, she is able to advise on and run cycling claims with passion and expertise. She regularly campaigns to make London's roads safer and works with clients where appropriate to comment to the press to raise awareness.

She recently achieved a multi-million pound settlement for a cyclist seriously injured following collision with an HGV, despite the insurers initially denying liability in full. She also recently settled a claim on behalf of the family of one of the victims of the devastating Croydon tram crash.

Jenny is skilled at tackling CICA work and has recently and expeditiously obtained maximum award for a victim of an assault. She has several ongoing live claims with CICA.

Jenny recently commented in The Telegraph calling for an overhaul of the current CICA appeal process whereby victims making a successful appeal must still pay the costs of that appeal. She also commented in the Daily Mail calling for stricter measures to prevent terrorists from using hire vehicles as weapons.
