Olivia Woolston Morgan, Director, Technology, Outsourcing and Privacy
I am a Director in the technology, outsourcing and privacy practice.
I advise private and public sector bodies on a wide range of non-contentious IT law, including IT and business process outsourcings, software licences and development agreements, website terms and conditions, data protection and digital media issues.
I have recently advised one of our public sector clients on its procurement of a Single Supplier Framework Agreement for the provision of Front Office Counter Services, a project that was shortlisted for the “Best Public Procurement Project” award at the CIPS Supply Management Awards.
I have also been seconded to a number of our private sector clients where I have advised on a variety of technology and commercial matters.
I frequently speak at client seminars. Topics to date have included the Competitive Dialogue Procedure and the New Model Agreement for ICT and BPO Services.
In my spare time, I can be found wandering around the latest exhibition at Tate Modern or sketching on Hampstead Heath.
