I specialise in the management of complaints received by regulatory bodies, from preliminary stage through to sanction. I have significant experience in respect of all elements of the investigation, preparation and presentation of cases for hearing before Committee and Boards of regulatory bodies.
I am an experienced litigator and regularly advise clients in respect of Superior Court litigation, including judicial review, statutory appeals, sanction confirmation applications and urgent applications for interim suspension orders and freezing orders under various pieces of legislation. I also advise clients in respect of all aspects of the conduct of statutory investigations, including the prosecution of offences for statutory breaches in the District Court.
I am an experienced advocate and regularly appear before statutory Committees, Council/Boards and the High Court to make applications and submissions, without the engagement of Counsel.
