Rebecca McKee, Senior Associate, Dispute Resolution
I act for clients in high-value complex commercial litigation and arbitration, often with a cross-border element. My practice includes shareholder disputes, fraud, banking disputes and professional negligence. My clients include corporate entities of all sizes, as well as high-net-worth individuals, located in the UK and internationally.
Recently, I have been involved in a high profile case in the High Court, acting for an international company and its UK based subsidiary against two former directors in relation to an alleged pensions fraud; a LCIA arbitration acting for an international bank against an individual in the UAE in relation to a loan dispute; and multiple challenges to arbitral awards in the Commercial Court brought under section 68 of the Arbitration Act 1996.
I speak conversational French. In my spare time I enjoy travelling, yoga, and socialising with friends. I am also a keen American football follower and try to watch my native New Orleans Saints at any opportunity.
