Tom Crawford, Associate, Public & Regulatory
I am an Associate in the Public and Regulatory Group.
I work principally with Matthew Lohn, Senior Partner, advising public and private sector clients in relation to public and administrative law issues and regulatory risks and opportunities. I have experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters, and have advised on judicial review proceedings and other High Court litigation, regulatory investigations and impacts and opportunities arising from law reform and regulatory development.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was an Associate in the Regulatory Group of a Magic Circle law firm, where I also trained, and I have also spent time as a legal adviser to the UK Government's Ministry of Justice, where I advised on a broad range of domestic and international public and administrative law issues, including in relation to Brexit.
I completed a degree in Law at the University of Oxford and obtained my LPC from BPP University Law School.
I have particular experience advising national and multinational corporations in the consumer products, automotive and healthcare sectors and I also have experience advising and engaging with Government Departments, regulators and other agencies.
