How will new rules governing the private rental sector will affect the development of BTR.
The real estate sector has undergone phenomenal change in recent years, but one thing has remained a constant: clients want lawyers who can give them commercial advice on maximising value and minimising risk. Whether you are acquiring, managing, developing, exploiting, occupying, investing in or disposing of property, our team of market-leading real estate specialists can help.
We advise on every stage of the life cycle of your property, with areas of expertise including construction, development, energy and infrastructure, hotel and leisure, investment, landlord and tenant matters, planning, environment and compulsory purchase, property litigation, real estate finance and real estate tax.
We offer bespoke real estate specialist services tailored both to the sector in which you operate and to your particular property needs. With specialist sector knowledge across the hotels and leisure, retail, energy and natural resources, financial institutions, media and entertainment, sport, technology and communications, transport, public sector and healthcare sectors, we understand the market in which you operate and what you want to achieve. We work closely with our inward investment practice helping new entrants into the UK and Europe with temporary and then permanent offices and HQs as they grow.
We take a team approach with each of our clients, adding real value by maximising the potential of your property and minimising any potential exposure. That requires a highly commercial and proactive way of working for every job - we know that one size does not fit all.
We have the skills, the market knowledge and the approach to help you achieve your aims. That is what makes us different.
We have been ranked in Legal 500 UK 2014 for Commercial Property and our team was noted for its ‘excellent sector knowledge' and ‘great access to partners'.
