Advised the Highways Agency on its innovative Category Management procurement framework with a combined estimated value in excess of £20bn across the five frameworks based on the NEC3 forms of contract.
Advised the Ministry of Communications in Turkmenistan on the civil works contracts for the construction of two satellite control base stations in the country by a Dubai-based contractor under the FIDIC form of contract.
Acted for the successful party in a number of reported decisions in the Technology and Construction Court, including the recent case of Jerram Falkus Construction Ltd v Fenice Investments Inc [No 4] providing authority on a number of provisions of the JCT forms of contract.
