Fieldfisher and alinea continue their collaboration on procurement thought-leadership by asking the question: who killed the construction manager? From 8.30am on 14 June at Fieldfisher’s offices overlooking the Thames, in front of 80-100 invited guests, a panel will present arguments for and against construction management as a procurement system. These protagonists represent a variety of perspectives: the client (James Pellatt, Great Portland Estates); the constructor (Andy Butler, Laing O’Rourke); the lawyer (Cecily Davis, Fieldfisher); the cost consultant (Steve Watts, alinea).
