HS2 next stop Birmingham: Trending schemes for developers in a growth market

Sue Simpson & Merle Wray, Partners at Fieldfisher discuss the highly topical build to rent developments in the Birmingham market, which has become increasingly popular amongst developers and investors. The schemes allow developers to sell to an individual investor to rent out to residential occupiers which has the benefit of a safe market for developers in a volatile market, a large stable profit stream for investors and creates a community for occupiers.
