My finance disputes and advisory work is mainly for global financial institutions that are based in MENA or for clients with a significant ownership or governance connected to the region. I am also an executive director of the Arab Bankers Association which puts me at the forefront of dealing with issues that may impact on clients in the financial sector. The MENA group at Fieldfisher has been involved in some of the most prestigious projects and acquisitions for clients including, restructuring of the Shard, to investment of Sainsbury's, to the acquisition of Paris St Germain Football Club.
As an Arabic speaker and providing the ability to give advice in the Arabic language, I have also been able to showcase the Fieldfisher LLP's sector expertise to clients including in the technology/cyber security sphere as well as regulatory, life sciences and healthcare.
