I advise both private and public sector clients in relation to a broad spectrum of regulatory and public law issues.

I advise regulators and other public bodies on lawful decision-making and exercise of powers, and private sector organisations on how to challenge the decision-making of public bodies. I have experience of supporting clients with investigations, inquiries and contentious matters, including judicial review proceedings and proceedings before disciplinary tribunals.

My current work includes advising a market regulator in relation to an independent investigation into the regulator's actions, and supporting a private sector organisation in relation to its role as a core participant in a major ongoing public inquiry.

I also support businesses in regulated industries in relation to regulatory risk and opportunities. I have particular experience of advising national and multinational businesses on the application of domestic and EU regulatory regimes to their operations and products, and have assisted clients in the food and beverage, electrical goods and automotive sectors.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I was an Associate in the Regulatory Group of a Magic Circle law firm, where I also trained, and I have also spent time as a legal adviser to the UK Government's Ministry of Justice, where I advised on a range of public law matters. I also advised heavily on complex cross-border matters relating to Brexit.

I am a member of the Association of Regulatory and Disciplinary Lawyers. I completed a degree in Law at the Univeristy of Oxford and obtained my LPC from BPP University Law School.
