Thomas has almost 15 years of experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and capital markets transactions. He also advises on corporate restructurings and more general corporate issues.
His clients include Belgian and international companies, private equity investors and family offices.
Thomas' work has been recognised by Chambers and Legal 500 thanks to the kind recommendations of clients and peers. He was also voted Belgian M&A Lawyer of the Year 2017 and again of the Year 2018 in the Client Choice Awards.
He graduated from Ghent University (Ghent, Belgium) and completed an LL.M. at Duke University School of Law (North Carolina, USA).
