I have gained vast experience in Social Security consultancy on behalf of social security agencies, supplementary pension schemes and welfare schemes, consisting of the preparation and drafting of regulation concerning social security agencies and regulation concerning supplementary pension and welfare schemes.
I also represent private and public companies in front of the Italian Courts, but also at public and private Social Security Institutions.
I am a speaker in conferences and courses and the author of numerous publications on Labour Law and Social Security matters.
Before joining Fieldfisher I was a Labour and Social security lawyer at one of the Big Four firms for seven years and I worked for a US law firm for three years.
