Professional Profile and BioSamuel advises clients on issues related to electricity and gas markets regulation, green electricity support schemes and nuclear policy. He also has experience in the drafting of energy contracts and in energy-related litigation before Belgian and European courts.
Besides his work activities, Samuel is a scientific collaborator at the UCLouvain and he gives annual guest lectures at the University of Strasbourg.
He graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (2014) and the College of Europe (2015), where he worked as a teaching assistant for three years prior to joining the Brussels' bar (2018).
Samuel speak French (native) and English and has basic knowledge of Dutch and Italian.
