I have been involved in several industrial and commercial merger deals, some of which were the results of restructuring projects. My work has included being a legal advisor on extraordinary administration procedures (a special bankruptcy procedure provided for by Italian law) and I have been appointed – by Banca d’Italia – to two extraordinary administration procedures at local banks.
I have been a member of many boards of directors and boards of statutory auditors and am currently chairman of the Board of Directors of an asset management company.
I am a lecturer on bank governance and Law 231/01 at the University of Turin - Management Department.
I am the Honorary Consul of Hungary in Piedmont and Valle d’Aosta.
