My main areas of practice
My antitrust advice includes, in particular, merger control notifications to the German Federal Cartel Office as well as to the European Commission, advice in cartel fine and abuse proceedings as well as the conduct of cartel damages actions.

In addition, I advise on distribution antitrust issues and on issues related to horizontal cooperations, such as research and development agreements.

In the area of investment control, I assist our clients in the context of both the acquisition and the sale of companies. I advise on the structuring of the transaction, the review of any existing notification obligations, the implementation of investment control notification procedures before the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection and the contractual hedging of risks.

I advise our clients in German and English.
