I am a Privacy expert with over 12 years' experience advising multinational companies on diverse and complex privacy issues.

I have a Master Degree in Law, Science & Technology from Stanford Law School. I lived and worked in the field of Privacy in Sofia (Bulgaria), Vienna (Austria), London (UK) and Palo Alto (USA). My experiences have given me a global Privacy knowledge and a strong understanding of transatlantic data privacy issues.

A lot of my work focuses on advising Global businesses navigate EU (and global) privacy and technology-related issues. For example, I advised multinational companies on: complex GDPR privacy related issues, the launch of new online services and products, global personal data processing and personal data transfers, privacy related issues related to the launch of HR global databases and employment, cookies & marketing, complex data subject access requests and data breaches.

I have worked on global ground breaking privacy related issues. I advised Fortune 500 companies and large private sector clients in the technology, advertising, market research, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, retail and financial sectors – ranging from: leading technology companies and telecoms to medical devices companies, banks and retail chains to cloud service providers and app developers.

I established the global privacy programs for a multinational large technology company and a global manufacturer by collaborating with the companies' legal, IT, HR and Marketing teams. This enabled us to deliver success, adapt to and mitigate program and budgetary risk.

I co-authored Wolter Kluwers' Global "E-discovery and data privacy: a practical guide" back in 2010.

I speak regularly at a wide variety of events and webinars, including @ ACC, European Entrepreneurship & Innovation @ Stanford Engineering, DataGuidance etc.

During the years I have published many articles on privacy in several international journals (e.g. Bloomberg, DataGuidance).
