I advise on all aspects relating to Law 231/01 concerning the administrative liability of entities, managing risk assessment projects and drawing up organization, management and control models and codes of ethics, also in collaboration with internal control experts, assisting 231 supervisory boards and clients with regard to all issues connected to the administrative liability of legal entities and commercial and company law.
My experience in compliance projects has also allowed me to deal with and analyse labour law, health and safety in the workplace, environmental and anti-corruption matters.
The clients I advise include listed companies and leading Italian corporations, including companies belonging to multinational groups operating principally in the industrial manufacturing, automotive, fashion, retail and services sectors.
Before joining Fieldfisher I worked at various law firms specialising in corporate and commercial law and also worked in the legal and corporate affairs department of the finance company of the Region of Veneto.
I speak at workshops and conferences and teach on training courses relating to Law 231/01.
