I am a Solicitor in the IP and Technology, Protection and Enforcement group at Fieldfisher. I qualified into the team in September 2020, having spent time with the team during my training contract at the firm.

I advise on a wide variety of IP disputes in relation to trade marks, passing off, design rights, copyright and database rights. I also advise on data protection disputes and technology-related disputes, including contractual disputes and domain name recovery.

I have experience in advising clients on the management of their global trade mark portfolios and the enforcement of their soft IP rights, and have acted in various high profile soft IP disputes including 77m Ltd v Ordnance Survey Ltd (copyright and database rights).

I co-founded the firm's cross-practice working group on Artificial Intelligence alongside Chris Eastham in 2019 and have a particular interest in the intersection between artificial intelligence and intellectual property law.

I am currently studying part-time for the University of Oxford Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Law and Practice.
