I advise both French and foreign companies and private equity funds on corporate issues such as mergers and acquisitions, capital risk and capital development operations.
I hold a master's degree from the University of Rennes 1 and an LL.M. in International Business Law from Exeter University. I joined the firm in January 2016 and was admitted to the Paris Bar in February 2017.
I am fluent in French and English.
