I often speak at internal and external seminars and workshops on tax aspects such as private equity deals, incentive plans and debt restructuring transactions.
I am a member of the board of statutory auditors for several Italian companies operating in the following fields: logistics, call centers, financial advisories, shipping, construction and real estate.
