My practice includes advising both developers and landowners in relation to residential and commercial developments across the country. I have particular expertise in assisting residential developers with disposals to affordable homes providers.

I  also advises clients on commercial landlord and tenant matters, general acquisitions and disposals, refinancing projects and dealing with the property matters within wider commercial transactions supporting our corporate team.

My recent notable matters include:

• Acting for a residential developer in its acquisition of two parcels of a 228ha development site and then going on to deal with a complex golden brick disposal of both social rented and shared ownership units on the site to a Housing Association involving the leaseback of some units within a block of apartments to the developer.
• Acting for a Southeast Asian sovereign backed fund in respect of the acquisitions of several industrial units with a combined value of over £60 million and later assisting in the refinancing of the fund's portfolio.
