Professional Profile and Bio
Kristiyana advises on a broad range of international trade and regulatory issues under EU and Member State legislation, as well as the application of WTO and other international agreements.
She has a particular focus on EU trade defence instruments, customs and export controls. Her recent assignments include representing the EU producers of electric bicycles, conventional bicycles and glass fibres in EU anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases.
Prior to qualifying as a lawyer in Bulgaria, Kristiyana completed a traineeship at the European Commission (DG TRADE) where she worked on TDI cases.
She is fluent in English, Spanish and French in addition to her native Bulgarian.
