I have a Law Degree (with honors) from the University of Granada and a European Ph D. in Law (Doctor in Public Law) from the University of Bologna (Italy). My research work focuses on the health sector (especially medicines) and the regulated sectors (telecommunications, energy), having published more than sixty articles in scientific journals and book chapters, as well as in several books.

Over the course of my research career, I have directed several research projects, and I have been a visitor researcher in renowned international universities (Berkeley, Indiana, SPISA-Bolonia). I often participate in courses and conferences at national and international universities and institutions as a guest lecturer.  I am currently the deputy director of the Master in Telecommunications Law, data protection, audiovisual and information society at the University Carlos III of Madrid.

Thanks to my research background I can offer solid advice in those sectors in which I focus my professional activity: the health sector (public health, health care, medicines, healthcare products), the regulated sectors (telecommunications, energy), urban planning, environment, public sector procurement, public assistance or subsidies, administrative sanctions, expropriations, as well as other matters related to Administrative Law.
