I have an extensive experience in advising national and international companies in matters related to company and contractual law. I have had the opportunity of participating in mergers at a national and international level, split-offs and many corporation purchases and sales, both from the seller’s and the buyer’s point of view. I have also advised clients regarding the design and implementation of Corporate Compliance programmes, and investment and divestment operations in the field of renewable energy.
I have a Law Degree from the Complutense University of Madrid, a Master’s degree in Corporate Legal Consulting from the Instituto de Empresa de Madrid, and a Master’s degree in Compliance from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).
