I am a Partner specialising in brand development, advising businesses on developing their brands and related products and services through various channels to market, including e-commerce, franchising, merchandising, sponsorship and brand extension contracts, wholesale, distribution and agency contracts.

My clients come from within the retail, life sciences, and creative sectors and also include quasi-governmental health and charitable bodies, in addition to international manufacturers and distributors. I take a pragmatic approach to contractual negotiations, protecting key risks of clients and avoiding unnecessary theoretical concerns and I enjoy providing strategic advice and helping my clients succeed in their projects.

I have particular expertise in the retail sector and have extensive experience of cross-border trading and advising clients on exploring and entering into new markets.
