As a native German speaker, I maintain close ties with our colleagues in Germany, where I grew up.

My work covers all contentious and non-contentious employment issues from on-boarding key employees, structuring remuneration and incentive packages (including equity incentives), complex and sensitive disciplinary and grievance matters and high value senior exits, including advising on sensitive business protection issues. Additionally, my current practice has a focus on complex outsourcing arrangements, and I have extensive experience providing employment law support on high value cross-border corporate transactions.

Throughout my career, I have worked in an international environment, and sensitivity to cultural differences in approach has been key to achieving successful outcomes for my clients. My dual nationality (German/English) has given me the opportunity to work on matters spanning both jurisdictions, and the experience I have gained in this work transfers to other cross-border matters, and allows me to act as a cultural bridge in order to ensure that international solutions are tailored to a client's business and cultural context and specific commercial requirements.

I have worked with clients in a broad range of sectors, including retail, life sciences, media, technology and financial services. My practice has always been international with clients with interests across Europe, the US, Russia and certain emerging markets.
