I advise clients in many sectors including pharmaceutical, energy & utilities, renewable energy, consumer care and infrastructure industries, and regularly deal with M&A and venture capital transactions.
I work predominantly on international, cross-border transactions, and advise major Italian and foreign multinational groups on all aspects of Italian corporate tax law and foreign tax issues, reorganisations and M&A, tax planning, transfer pricing structuring and documentation, supply chain management and model conversion tax issues. I also assist on foreign tax services for leading Italian groups.
Before joining Fieldfisher I practiced at an international law firm for four years, and at one of the Big Four for four years.
