My experience includes advising on international data transfers, data protection mapping projects, drafting processing records as well as advising on policies, procedures and data processing agreements. I also have expertise in transactional project support and assisting with large scale data subject access requests and security incidents.
Prior to joining Fieldfisher, I trained at a large national law firm where I completed seats in Privacy, Corporate and Employment as well as completing a secondment within the legal team at a global automotive brand where I supported the team with all aspects of commercial and data protection law. My secondment experience has provided me with an excellent understanding of the commercial drivers of client decisions and I am therefore able to provide tailored legal advice with a commercial focus.
