I work extensively on private client conveyancing but my main focus is bank/lender receiver sales of investment properties where I report on title and associated security, advise my clients of any potential risks or issues and ultimately take care of the sale of the property.

I have also acted for a number of banks and funds in the sale of, bidding for, and acquisition of large loan and security portfolios. This process would involve security and title reporting, remediation of outstanding issues where possible, and registration of purchaser’s title.

I also act for a number of banks in respect of residential investment property lending where my role is to liaise with a borrower’s solicitor on the bank’s behalf, draft security documents and effect registration of the charge with the appropriate registrar.
