I have particular expertise in relation to international issues such as advising on the assignment of employees abroad and assisting clients with cross-border projects, for example implementing new terms and conditions of employment, or establishing the legality of new policies across multiple jurisdictions.  I co-ordinate advisers across a range of jurisdictions where clients need to implement an overall strategy on global employment issues.
 
In addition, I support the Corporate and Technology, Outsourcing & Privacy teams on the employment aspects of transactions, ranging from share sales to business transfers.  This often also involves negotiating terms for senior executives who will be remaining with the business post-completion.  I also advise on restructuring projects, for example to harmonise terms and conditions of employment following an acquisition or closure of a business or location.
 
I have a particular focus on the Energy sector and work closely with the lawyers in that field on corporate transactions involving energy companies.
