I am an associate lawyer at the Industrial Property Department of Fieldfisher JAUSAS since 2003. I have practised law in the areas of Industrial and Intellectual Property, and unfair competition in a procedural context, both civil and penal.

Nowadays, I advise and represent numerous clients in civil proceedings, infringement of industrial property rights such as trademarks, patents, and designs and utility models. I also intervene in cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, and unfair competition acts proceedings, which are prohibited by the Spanish Unfair Competition Law. Moreover, I act in the interests of clients both in the contentious-administrative and administrative (OEPM, EUIPO, OMPI, etc.) branches of law regarding the granting of Intellectual Property registers. It is worth mentioning that Fieldfisher-JAUSAS has its own Industrial Property Agency (March & Asociados.)

I also advise on criminal proceedings in cases in which an infringement of industrial and intellectual property rights has occurred, mainly due to the commercialisation of counterfeit products and works plagiarising artistic, scientific and literary creations. Within the criminal field, I clients before State Security Forces and customs.
Finally, I frequently advise clients on UDRP Proceedings in order to recover or cancel domain names, as well as on license and transfer agreements of industrial and intellectual property rights, and the protection of intangibles.
