I assist my clients to reach successful outcomes for their construction or engineering projects across numerous sectors. I provide a full service from procurement advice, the appointment of consultants and advising on risk allocation to drafting and negotiating the documents for the delivery of the project. In the event that a dispute arises, I also advise on the most appropriate way of resolving it. I also carry out due diligence on corporate and property transactions and work as part of the wider team on multi-disciplinary projects.

My clients find that I am very responsive and straight talking and able to easily integrate into the multi-disciplinary team on their projects.

 I have worked extensively on development and regeneration projects across the UK as well as on numerous stadia and hotel projects at home and abroad.

I continue to work in the energy sector on solar, wind and CHP projects and have recently completed in-house secondments with a leading solar energy contractor and a market leading construction products manufacturer.

My experiences of successfully integrating within the project team on a Premier League football club's stadium extension project and working within the in-house functions of a solar contractor and construction products manufacturer have honed my ability to provide quick and pragmatic advice. My quick and no-nonsense approach and responses enables my client's projects to proceed steadily and at the pace that the clients required whilst appropriately managing the risk on their projects.

• I advised UPS’ Project Director, based in the Netherlands, on the £100m development of a distribution hub in SE England, including both construction and engineering elements.
• I advised Avenue HQ on their start-up of a new company and the construction of a creative focussed serviced office and mentoring offering, including advice as to lease HOTs, end user agreements, funding and investing agreements and construction contracts and continue to advise them as they grow their business.
• I advised Liverpool Football Club on the many iterations of their stadium expansion plans including their Main Stand expansion project.
