I am the senior and most experienced corporate lawyer advising on inward investment. I spend the majority of my time in the UK, but also visit my clients in the US and around the world regularly.
My clients come from various sectors: capital markets, manufacturing, services, media, publishing, and technology, involving the cloud, software, hardware, telecoms and life sciences. Many of these are regarded as the leading companies in their sectors.
I have given over 200 lectures in the US and written a number of articles, pamphlets and guides on the European Union and inward investment into the UK. I am the principal author of a number of books and articles on UK company formation, employment law and on inward investment into the UK.

Representative sell side deals include; sale of Enterproid to Google Inc, sale of ATM Artists to a JV with Azoff Entretainment MSG Inc, VFA Inc to Accruent Inc and of Absorba Games LLC to a consortium.
Representative buy side deals include Handybook Inc acquisition of WeareMopp, Movable Inc of Mailrox, Wavetable LLC of Powerreviews, and Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd. of Hotspring Ventures (dba Wahanda).
