I am an employment law generalist with over twenty years' experience in commercial litigation. I have a keen interest in executive exits, restrictive covenant issues, whistleblowing and any sensitive people problems that carry reputational risk to shareholder value in addition I also work with dispute resolution lawyers on minority shareholder challenges.
My experience covers the spectrum of employment issues from best practice in recruitment through the lifetime of the employment relationship, to dismissal and beyond (to include the protection of an employer's trade connection, skilled workforce and confidential information).
Also I have a good working knowledge of collective industrial relations issues.
In essence I am a problem solver, seeking to avoid problems for my clients and where the unavoidable problems arise seeking the best resolution in a timely, practical, cost effective manner, that mitigates client risk.
