I joined Fieldfisher's personal injury and industrial disease team in 2021. I have more than six years' experience representing clients suffering personal injury and asbestos related diseases, as well as acting for families affected by fatal accidents.
I represent people diagnosed with mesothelioma, asbestosis and pleural thickening following negligent exposure to asbestos at work. With my clients, I determine the source of their asbestos exposure and bring proceedings against the defendant or insurer responsible. I have recovered significant sums for my clients, as well as indemnity agreements from insurers to fund private medical treatment for as long as needed.
I also represent those who have been in serious road traffic accidents, particularly cyclists, and those who have been injured at work. My experience includes brain injury, serious orthopaedic injury and fatal accidents. I work with case managers and medical experts to secure the necessary treatment and funding to ensure the best possible recovery for every client.
I run my own caseload, as well as assisting partner Dushal Mehta on high-value and complex serious injury and asbestos disease claims.
My focus is always to achieve the very best outcome for every client, while ensuring the process is as transparent and stress-free as possible. I place great emphasis on client care and value the strong relationships I build with my clients. I work hard and proactively to ensure my clients have a financially secure future.
